Pulau Bunting is the northernmost in a row of islands off Yan district in Kedah. It is also the only one to be linked to the mainland by a bridge. The Pulau Bunting Bridge, or Jambatan Pulau Bunting connects it to the mainland.
Pulau Bunting Bridge is a new bridge that connects Pulau Bunting to mainland Kedah, Malaysia. The bridge was built by the Malaysian Public Works Department (JKR) while the main contractor was Gamuda Berhad.

Features
It is a 2.3 km long x 13.0m wide of sea crossing comprising of a 1.8 km long bridge, a 0.1 km long causeway connecting Pulau Bunting to the bridge and a 0.4 km long causeway connecting mainland Kedah to the bridge. The bridge is an arch cable-stayed bridge with a main suspended span of 80m in length and approach spans of precast concrete box beams with spans of 30m in length. The causeways have fill embankments on piled foundations with rock armouring.
